Money Back Guarantee

ONE Laundry is confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products that we offer a money back guarantee (Guarantee).  This Guarantee is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory guarantees under New Zealand and Australian law.

To be able to make a successful claim under the Guarantee, the following terms and conditions (Terms) must be adhered to.


What is the Guarantee?

1. The Guarantee applies if you do not love our ONE Laundry liquid or drops (Products) you purchased for the first time.

2. All valid claims will receive a refund via pre-paid card for the price paid by the claimant as noted in their proof of purchase.

3. For any Products purchased in conjunction with a promotional giveaway, promotional giveaways must also be returned to receive the full refund on the purchased Product.

Who can claim the Guarantee?

4. The Guarantee is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years and over who purchase any Product from any store or supermarket nationally in Australia or New Zealand that stocks the Products for retail sale. The Guarantee is not available for any Product purchased from an unauthorised seller.

5. This Guarantee is not available for resupply or trade/commercial purchases or use, nor employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, and agencies associated with the Guarantee and their immediate families, who are all ineligible to claim.


How many times can I claim the Guarantee?

6. This Guarantee is limited to one claim per household and for the first time purchase of the Product(s). Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and require proof of purchase.   The date of purchase is as noted on the receipt.


How to claim the Guarantee?

7. To claim the Guarantee, you must contact the Promoter’s consumer careline at the following details (NZ) 0800 587 055 (AUS) 1800 324 892 and provide the following : your personal details including your full name, contact number, valid email address, and postal address, a brief explanation of the reasons why you were not satisfied with the Product, a scanned copy or photo of your proof of purchase (with all details clearly visible) and your nominated address to receive the prepaid card. Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and require proof of purchase.

8. You must retain your original purchase receipt for your claim as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for your claim when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of your claim and forfeiture of any right to the Guarantee. The purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims received and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process. Any claim not complying with these Terms is invalid.  Claimants who use multiple email addresses, residential addresses and/or aliases may be disqualified.


How and when will the claim be processed?

10. Valid claims will be processed and sent to claimants within 21 days of receipt by the Promoter. The refund will be delivered in the form of a prepaid card.


Other important information

11. These Terms do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Australian Consumer Law (AU), NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or NZ Fair Trading Act 1986) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these Terms to be void.

12. The Promoter is not responsible for any delayed or misdirected, or illegible claims.

13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter may vary, revoke, or replace the Guarantee and these Terms at any time in its sole discretion and without notice.

14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Each claim becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting https://onelaundryglobal.com/privacy-policy/.

16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligible or wilful misconduct) in connection with the Guarantee, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the claimant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the reward or acceptance of the reward.

18. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

19. The Promoter is ZURU Edge Limited.
